First Tuesday of Every Month New Castle County Register of Wills Evening Hours
Ciro Poppiti, New Castle County's Register of Wills, is pleased to announce that he will hold evening hours in Middletown beginning in April.Hours will be from 5:00 to 7:45 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month, starting April 5, at the Appoquinimink Library, meeting room space, 651 North Broad Street, Middletown. Meetings by appointment only.
